Job Description: We are a congregation looking to grow in discipleship and fulfill our mission of being “Centered in Christ, Encouraging Others and Welcoming All”. To that end, we are looking for a Pastor who can oversee/partner with staff, committees, and lay leaders in establishing the vision for ministry. The Pastor will preach, teach, administer the Sacraments and give primary leadership in the ministries of Worship, Administration, Stewardship and Outreach. This position will serve under the supervision of the Staff/Parish Relations Committee and the District Superintendent of the West District, Indiana United Methodist Conference.
