About Immanuel Church

Immanuel Church, a inter-denominational charismatic church with Baptist roots on the outskirts of Wilmington, DE seeks to hire its next Senior Pastor. We are looking for a Senior Pastor to help our congregation grow and minister to young families. We are seeking a Pastor who is able to relate to members of all ages, while equipping the saints for ministry and outreach. We have a desire to grow as a congregation, but we value the shepherding and soul care of a Senior Pastor over church growth models. We recognize that our church needs to develop an external focus and a culture of evangelism. The old paradigm of attracting and retaining visitors is no longer working in our 21st century culture. We are seeking a collaborative leader who will work with the elders, trustees, deacons and congregation in refining, championing, and stewarding the church's mission and vision.
