The College / Gen X Pastor is responsible for the ministry to college students and young adults. The College / Gen X Pastor seeks to provide a safe and nurturing environment for all people in the Gen X ministry. Not only does the College / Gen X Pastor build relationships and encourage spiritual growth, but the College / Gen X Pastor also counsels college students and young adults, organizes programs and events for Gen X ministry, leads retreats and service projects, and provides all administrative tasks related to the College / Gen X ministry. The person who fills the job of College / Gen X Pastor must be a team-oriented self-starter with demonstrated ability to lead and develop college students and young adults.
