The Senior High Pastor works to foster the spiritual growth and provide discipleship opportunities for senior high students. As a visionary leader, the Senior High Pastor will endeavor to grow senior high youth ministries within the framework of the church's vision and values by providing oversight and direction to the senior high youth staff, adult volunteers, and students. This includes leadership of weekly programs and periodic special events (camps, conferences, trips, service projects, and more.) The Senior High Pastor usually works under the direction of the Youth Pastor, Senior Pastor, or the Next Gen Pastor. The person who fills the job of Senior High Pastor must be skilled at coordinating missions, activities, Bible Studies, and more for high school students.
