Minister of Music
Job Description
New Grace Church, a non-denominational, Bible-believing ministry, is seeking a part-time
Minister of Music to provide leadership in collaboration with the Pastoral team to develop and organize a Praise and Worship team and/or Choir; and to lead the congregation in worship during Sunday services. The successful candidate will work closely with musicians, praise singers, and technicians to determine worship style, appropriate music and songs selections. Additionally, the candidate will schedule and conduct regular rehearsals to ensure a high-quality music-centered worship experience. Successful candidates will be expected to be available to lead congregational worship during Sunday services (from 9:00 am to 11:30 am) as well as funerals, weddings, and occasional special events.
Qualifications
Professional Experience: Must have a minimum of three years’ experience leading a congregation or praise team in worship.
Salary & Benefits
$16,000
- 4 Sundays off a year
