Traveling Crew Supervisor / Mentor
Job Description
This position is for a crew supervisor for church maintenance, repair and restoration. The supervisor is a working member of the crew and their responsibilities include the training, overseeing and the safe completion of the various projects while mentoring and discipling the crew. Members of the crew may come from an addiction program, prison or homelessness but generally consists of individuals looking for fresh start in Christ while they learn a trade in construction. Project locations are throughout the country and the position requires travel. A company truck and housing while on the road is provided.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a strong Christian faith and a willingness to disciple others looking to turn their lives round. They must have construction experience, be willing to travel and not afraid of heights.
