OK, OK, this is probably a wee bit harsh. But the truth is, Millennials have a bad reputation, and we all know it.
As a Millennial, can I give you a word of advice? Rise above the stereotype by arriving on time, working hard and waiting patiently for a raise. These small things will speak volumes to your boss about your character.
