The Christian Education Pastor is responsible for working the Christian Education team and Senior Pastor to organize and resource the church's Christian education programs. The Christian Education Pastor implements year-round programs for Christian education for all ages, assists in curriculum development and/or selection, and serves an advocate for Christian education in the church. The person who fills the job of Christian Education Pastor must be a mature Christian with experience in program and leadership development.
