A Church Planter has a strong calling for church planting, a passion for reaching the unchurched, demonstrated success in leading and building a church, a gift for preaching and teaching, and an entrepreneurial aptitude and creativity. The person who fills the job of Church Planter must be a team-oriented self-starter with demonstrated ability to start and build a church.
