The Men's Pastor is responsible for the development, planning, and implementation of a men's ministry in the church. The Men's Pastor recruits, trains, and motivates volunteer leaders. The Men's Pastor is responsible for planning and implementing weekly ministries and special events for the discipleship, fellowship, and spiritual growth of men. The person who fills this job must be a team-oriented self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage multiple leaders and provide leadership in men's ministry.
