The Women's Pastor / Women's Ministry Director is responsible for the development, planning, and implementation of a women's ministry in the church. The Women's Pastor recruits, trains, and motivates volunteer leaders. The Women's Pastor is responsible for planning and implementing weekly ministries and special events for the discipleship, fellowship, and spiritual growth of women. The person who fills the job of Women's Pastor must be a team-oriented self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage multiple leaders and provide leadership in women's ministry.
