The Youth Worship Pastor is responsible for the worship program of the youth ministry. The Youth Worship Pastor plans worship with a focus on music selection and leading worship teams. The Youth Worship Pastor also works closely with the Youth Pastor. The Youth Worship Pastor may be responsible for supervising sound and lighting staff/volunteers. The person who fills the job of the Youth Worship Pastor must be a team-oriented self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage multiple leaders and provide leadership in youth worship ministry.
