Children's Minister
Job Description
● Oversee the children’s ministry from birth to 6th grade and its ministry team.
● Act as administrator of existing Sunday morning and Friday night programs.
● Evangelize by sharing the love of Jesus with the children of our church and community.
● Cultivate an environment where children can grow in their faith
● Develop programs to equip parents to disciple their children.
● Manage the ministry budget so it effectively and wisely utilizes church resources and maximizes ministry opportunities.

Qualifications
● Born-again Christian, called by God to serve in full-time ministry
● Bachelor’s degree in children/family ministries or similar.
● Experience in teaching or leading children's ministry.
● Subscribes to the Southern Baptist faith and message.
