Job Description
- We are needing someone to lead our ministry of Pre-K through 5th grade, to take it to the next level.
- Full Time Position
- We are a church of 150-200 people, and we exist to make a tangible impact in the Scottsdale area for the name of Jesus Christ.
- We are seeking someone who understands what servant leadership means.
- We are looking for someone with 2-5 years experience in children's ministry in a similar setting to Open Arms Church
Qualifications
- Be in a solid, and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Well-organized with strong time management, initiative, follow-through and ability to build and lead teams of volunteers.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain healthy and influential relationships with church family and neighboring community.
- WEEKLY DUTIES
- Parent Ministry
- Equip parents with resources, and encouragement to be the child’s primary spiritual influence.
- Team Building
- Cast vision and equip the volunteers/teams for the ministry season.
- Monitor spiritual health of volunteers/teams and culture.
- Weekly Programming
- Oversee the Weekly Elementary Program of leading leaders, and equipping families.
- OTHER GENERAL DUTIES
- Provide vision, leadership, process and accountability for all Family Ministry
- Champion the Vision of Open Arms Church in drawing people closer to Jesus through real connection with real people.
- Attend Bi-Weekly Staff Meetings
Salary & Benefits
$40,000 - $45,000
