Kid's Point Director

1. Grow attendance and program engagement by creating and implementing a strategy that draws families into the church through Kid’s Point.
2. Execute follow-up systems to ensure guest retention, and to increase communication with families.
3. Lead and develop teams(s) so that they are operating in their strengths and being most effective in their role on the Kid’s Point Ministry.
4. Create a presence of Kid’s Point ministry in the community and through social media.
5. Minister to the regular attending families and guests.
6. Be an authentic disciple who lives a life that Pursues God, Lives Free, Loves People, and Impacts Their World, and is a model of personal integrity, discipleship, and evangelism.
