Welcome to The Well! Our Kid’s Church Coordinator focuses on helping Elementary and Preteen kids engage their faith. We do this by introducing and building on three faith milestones; make wiser choices, build stronger relationships and develop a deeper faith.

Join the fun at The Well, a United Methodist Church. As the Kid’s Church Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the programming of Kids Church by:

Greeting families and students as they arrive on Wednesday Evenings and Sunday Mornings (as well as various other events)
Support the Kid’s Church Leaders by preparing and setting up materials for lessons, events, crafts and activities.
Overseeing the ministry of Kid’s Church (under the supervisor of the Children, Youth and Family Pastor).
Communicate weekly with Kid’s Ministry Leaders
Work as part of the Children’s Ministry Team to plan and run Parent’s Night Out (2nd Friday of each month).
Understand, adhere and aid in the ensuring Safe Sanctuary policies.

Be organized.
Be in agreement with the standards, theology and policies of The Well.
