Next Gen Pastor
Job Description
Walk with Jesus.
Lead middle, high school, and college students to faith in Jesus, equip them to follow Jesus, and lead their friends to Jesus.
Lead weekly MS & HS gatherings.
Effectively communicate/teach God’s Word.
Effectively guide & counsel students to godly living.
Recruit and develop a volunteer team.
Work with other church staff in carrying out the vision of the church.
Meet weekly with young singles for biblical teaching and discussion.
Qualifications
Bible college or seminary preferred but not required.
Experience teaching/communicating the Bible to the next generation.
Theologically and morally conservative without legalism.
Non-denominational or Southern Baptist background.
Having volunteered in student ministry.

$45,000 - $60,000
