Job Description
Most of typical Expected Pastoral duties. Be a spiritual leader in the church. Someone with vision for the church in the context of reaching our community for the Kingdom of God. Filling the pulpit and delivering the word weekly. Potentially Leading bible studies and prayer meetings. Historically the pastorate has not been bi-vocational, however church financials currently may require a person to be be bi-vocational. With church growth that could be looked at again. The facility has the potential to be a good sized congregation that can support its leaders.
Qualifications
Experience in ministry leading. Preaching, Teaching, working with others, Public speaking, discipling and people skills.
