Worship Leader on Sunday Mornings
Job Description
Hi everyone! Vertical Church San Jose is hiring a part time worship leader for Sunday mornings.
You must be able to play acoustic guitar.
Before you apply we would like you to visit on a Sunday to see what we’re about since church planting isn’t for everyone.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who loves the Lord, has a heart for the lost, and has the following qualifications:
High level commitment to scripture
High view of worship
Lead solo with acoustic guitar or can bring a friend who plays (we’ll hire them as well)
Willing to use Hymns of Grace
Can incorporate scripture readings and prayer in worship
Faithful, Available, Spiritual, Teachable
Likes to laugh
Willing to be part of the early stages of a core group/church plant team
We meet Sundays at 9:30am in the conference room at Denny's, 1140 Hillsdale Ave, San Jose
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $150.00 - $200.00 per day
