Job Description
Weekly selection of music for Celebration Service that complements the Sunday morning teaching and theme. Communicating to both the worship team and the office with the song selection, order of music, and any special information, including pdf's of music. Leading rehearsals on Sunday one hour and fifteen minutes before the Service. Leading during the service. Providing a substitute leader on weeks when they cannot be at the service. Recruiting and incorporating additional members to the worship team.
Qualifications
Expertise with leading music and working with band members. Strong knowledge of music and various styles of music. Good lead voice and musical ability. A desire to minister through music. Good people skills in working with the worship team and the pastoral staff. Able to clearly communicate their personal faith in Christ.
