Job Description
Listed below are the qualities of the person we are looking for:
- A person who is a disciple of Jesus and who can disciple others.
- A person who understands that worship is not defined by music only.
- A person who understands that they are first a pastor and second, the lead musician and worshipper.
- A person who is teachable and can teach others about worship.
- A person who can communicate with all ages of people.
- A person who challenges their team, encourages their team, and releases their team to serve as God has gifted them.
- A person who knows what they don’t know and is willing to bring others along to fill in the gaps.
- A person who will be a contributor, an encourager and is accountable to the church leadership and team mates.
Qualifications
Preferably a bachelor's degree or some type of formal Bible College education or equivalent.
Experience in ministry is preferred.
Appropriate tech skills/experience (sound/lighting) are helpful.
