Youth Director Job Description
To build young disciples for Christ by developing and implementing a comprehensive approach to youth ministry (in the areas of group building, worship, discipleship, mission, and outreach) while serving as a spiritual leader and role model.

Qualifications
Youth Director Requirements
- Evident relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Bachelor's degree in theology, biblical studies, or youth ministry - Also consider equivalent training, experience or in the process of.
- Previous youth ministry experience is an advantage.
- Proficient understanding of challenges and needs of young people.
- Excellent computer skills, and proficiency with social media.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Affinity for young people.
- Ability to lead by example.
- Available to work evenings, over weekends and public holidays.
Salary & Benefits
$45,000 - $65,000
