Associate Pastor of Congregational Care Job Description
- Teaching & Preaching: Sharing the Word with relevance and passion.
- Worship & Connection: Planning services and leading outreach to our neighbors.
- Empowering Others: Mentoring volunteers and equipping members to use their unique spiritual gifts.
- Care & Legacy: Providing compassionate counseling and leading our dedicated Memorial Services Team.
Qualifications
Demonstrate a love for the church with patience, compassion, and sincerity.
Talented and skilled in preaching and communication.
A heart for missions.

A theological Master’s Degree is strongly preferred.
