Financial Assistant Job Description
Midway’s Financial Assistant supports the mission of Midway Church by ensuring financial integrity, operational excellence, and accurate church recordkeeping. This position works closely with the Finance Team, Treasurer, Executive Pastor, and ministry leaders to maintain strong financial systems, transparent reporting, and organized documentation.

- Communicate clearly and effectively (written and verbal)
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Possess working knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Be proficient with financial software and technology systems
