The Administrative / Executive Pastor is responsible for the administrative and organizational aspects of the church. The Administrative / Executive Pastor often oversees the office staff, facility staff, financial staff, and church management. The Administrative / Executive Pastor works in cooperation with the lead pastor to evaluate ministries, set goals, and provide strategic development. The person who fills the job of Administrative / Executive Pastor must have a pastor's heart and be able to lead others well.
