Minister (sole minister)
Job Description
Our Church has one pastor, supported by a secretary, a music director, an organist/pianist, and an active but not meddlesome governing board. We hope that in addition to our regular Sunday worship, our minister will counsel our members and others seeking guidance, will offer occasional biblical education opportunities, will visit members at home and in health centers. Also, we hope our minister will be active in originating and participating in outreach to the community, both for evangelism and for church growth.
In short, we expect our minister to do all those things typically and traditionally associated with the duties of a small town solo pastorate, but we are also open to fresh ideas for spiritual and congregational growth.t
Qualifications
Our successful applicant will need to be approved through the NACCC (National Association of Congregational Christian Churches).
And we are happy to consider experience and backgrounds of any persons who may apply.

Grace Church of Columbiana, Ohio is seeking a full time minister. Our Church is 210 years old in 2024, and originated in the Reformed tradition. Several years ago, we disassociated from the U.C.C and have returned to our congregational roots. We pride ourselves in being a small town church, and are quite active in our community. Our unofficial motto is "Come home to Grace."
